Pale in colour. Complex aroma with fine minerality, wet stone, passionfruit, pineapple, lime, green apple and star anise, multi-layered. Carried by a striking acidity on the palate, full of tension, fine phenolics, characterised by mineral notes. Lots of certain ageing potential.
