The white wine Silvaner Reserve trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Stern has been rated in 2018 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Gooseberry, pineapple and pear on the nose, roasted aromas, smoke and caraway. Good substance on the palate, with extract, juice, power and texture, the ripe acidity remains in the background, a Silvaner with good density and length that evokes gastronomic associations.
