The red wine »Dickhäuter« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Sterneisen has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Multi-layered aroma with fine savouriness to the fruit, blackberries, sloe, cassis, elderberry pulp, cinnamon stick, clove. Powerful on the palate, combines supple flow with plenty of freshness and juiciness, vivid acidity, fine mealy tannins, fruit and savouriness closely interwoven, lots of wine.
