Spicy aroma, apple peel, cinnamon stick, yellow curry, baked crust, ripe Mirabelle plum, quince, subtle aniseed and caraway seeds. Lively and juicy on the palate, densely interwoven fruit with savouriness, fresh acidity, harmonious, lean and gluggable with good length.
