Tasting Notes
A berry Pinot Blanc aroma with intense smoky notes of shell limestone. Juicy attack, then quite powerful in the middle of the palate, ripe acidity, a hint of sweetness, some carbonic acid, definitely mineral-based, but the alcohol and sweetness rather stand in the way of the minerality.
