Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Juicy yellow tropical fruits, nuances of papaya and mango, smells softly of fresh apricot, some wood savouriness and mineral touch in the echo. Complex, taut, soft tannins, delicate acidity, a hint of nougat on the finish, savoury echo, very good length, a wine with great ageing potential.
More about the tastingMedium yellow-green, silver reflections. Spicy touch, fine grapefruit zest, vegetal touch, needs some air to open up. Tightly meshed, fine yellow tropical fruit, appears powerful on the palate with fine acidity, salty style, lemony nuances, very good disposition but still extremely reserved, will benefit from a few years of ageing in the bottle.
