Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Delicate herbal savouriness on the well-developed bouquet and a nutty touch with a hint of quince, candied orange zest and fine blossom honey. Silky and complex on the palate, fine yellow apple fruit, well-integrated acidity with a hint of pineapple and caramel on the finish, this has good ageing potential.
