The white wine »Kalk & Kreide« Saulheim trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Thörle has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Powerful nose of butterscotch, smoke, citrus fruits and white almonds. Cool and dense in the mouth, almost plump, the strong acidity provides a great framework for a very long wine experience. Wonderful to enjoy now despite its youth!
