Complex, full-bodied and savoury on the nose, crisp apricot and peach, aniseed biscuits, stony-mineral savouriness. Hölle is reminiscent of great Burgundy wines and that is no coincidence: lots of structure, depth and minerality, full-bodied and yet full of tension, very long.
