Bright yellow-green. Seductive Rosolio notes, fresh marshmallow, a hint of grapefruit zest, an intense, attractive nose. Juicy, with good complexity, sweet tropical fruit, dark mineral notes, a lot of grip, very good length, subtle marshmallow notes in the aftertaste, great ageing potential, lovely like the Alsatians.
