Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Fine toasty aromas, some caramel, underlay of dark berry fruit, an attractive bouquet. Compact, juicy, elegant, nuances of blueberry, well-integrated tannins, it shows good length and has certain ageing potential.
