Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in colour, with purple reflections, and a subtle ochre rim. On the nose, an inviting bouquet of fine roasted notes, nougat, a delicate hint of caramel, and ripe plum, underpinned by fine oak. The juicy palate is elegant, with fine tannins, notes of ripe plum, and a pronounced fruity finish. A mature food wine, with the potential for further ageing.

Delicate roasted aromas, a hint of ethereal notes such as eucalyptus and mint, blackberry, clove, very multi-faceted bouquet.
