Ripe mirabelle plums, tangerines and also orange peel on the nose, also pear and a touch of apricot yogurt. Juicy and savoury on the palate with sweet fruit (pear, apple and mirabelle) stable, ripe acidity, good balance, harmonious rounded by some residual sweetness.
