The sweet and dessert wine »Goldkapsel« Oberemmel Hütte Riesling Auslese, vintage 2010 from the winery Weingut von Hövel has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 97+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Dark golden yellow in colour. Aroma of candied and dried fruit, forest honey, eucalyptus, quince, orange marmalade. Piquant acidity on the palate, the sweetness is perfectly integrated, savoury fruit, forest honey, undergrowth, nicely matured, almost delicate and yet complex and deep.
