Some light notes of a possible spontaneous fermentation, citrus fruit, fresh herbs, green apple, apple peel, something floral, apricot and mandarin orange. Light-bodied on the palate in a pleasant way, good texture, a very lively acidity, ripe fruit. Good grip with an attractive finish.
