The white wine Kobern Uhlen Riesling Kabinett feinherb, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut von Schleinitz has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Initially a very youthful note, then yellow apple skin, vine peach, yeast and a hint of mandarin. On the palate, the striking acidity balances both the sweet fruit and the phenolic flavour. Lime and slate minerality on the finish.
