Light green colour, silver reflections. Intense bouquet on the nose, white tropical fruit with hints of flint, delicate notes of grapefruit, baby banana and mango, very multi-faceted bouquet. Taut, fresh, clear like a mountain stream, fine extract sweetness that is perfectly countered by a finesse-rich acidity, salty finish, remains very persistent, great promise for the future.
