The white wine Forster Jesuitengarten Riesling GG, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut von Winning has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 99 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Barrel sample. Nose is rather closed, but reveals yellow fruit, wood, shattered rock and blackcurrant. On the palate it is immensely fine with vibrant minerality, delicate, yet very dense and powerful and with almost endless length.
