The red wine Am Gutenberg Pinot Noir, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut von Winning has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The wood is quite dominant on the nose. We have dark black cherry notes and vanilla. The aroma of eucalyptus also creeps in. On the palate, it has grippy tannins and a pronounced acidity. There are also tart notes on the palate. A Pinot Noir that says: Hello, here I am.
