Smoky, reductive tones with an undertone of flint, also passion fruit, gooseberry. The palate is characterised by very fine phenolics, mealy, chalky. A lively acidity and clear fruit sweetness dominate, the finish is still compact but hints at the great ageing potential with savoury nuances when developed.
