Tasting from 14.09.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Cassis and glucose on the nose, with a hint of new wood. It's smooth on the palate with a cultivated acidity is in balance with the medium body and delicate phenolic notes. Lots of juiciness on the finish, which is playful and even slightly mineral. A very elaborate wine.
