Fine smoke on the nose with black cherry, elderberry, lilac, blackberry and sloe, some bacon, a hint of vanilla. Good tension on the palate with a dense, tightly woven extract, a vivid acidity and ripe, firm tannins, cool, fresh fruit and a spicy-mineral component.
