Deep dark ruby colour with opaque core, purple reflections and delicate brightening on the rim. Notes of black cherries with fine savouriness in the background, a hint of noble oak, blackberries in the echo. Taut, vivid tannins that are still somewhat assertive, pronounced fruitiness, ripe cherries on the finish, fine nougat in the aftertaste, has good ageing potential.
