Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A fine, still fresh, berryish aroma emanates from the glass. There are also notes of dried fruit and wood. The palate is juicy and elegant with medium concentration. The fine, rather restrained tannins and mild acidity provide sufficient structure and support; the wine finishes round and harmonious, accompanied by a delicate mineral tinge. A lot of wine for the money.
