A complex, grown-up, "German" bouquet: almond, bay leaf and milk chocolate, nougat and thyme. The palate opens with texture and creaminess, revealing an initially mellow, slightly dry tannin in the mid-palate, while the mild acidity reinforces the impression of depth and body. In the background, tactile mineral components provide support - and further ageing potential.
