Tasting Notes
Compact, dense aroma, green and yellow gooseberry, roasted yellow bell pepper, mango, passion fruit, fresh grass and hay. Dense and elegant on the palate, firm acidity, fresh fruit, stony minerality, flint, fine phenolics, well-applied and not too dominant oak savouriness, very filigree, long-distance runner with great smoothness.
