Tasting from 21.11.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Smells of ripe fruit, vineyard peach, pear and red apple, also papaya and a hint of slate savouriness. Lean and compact on the palate, the taut acidity is well balanced with the fruity sweetness, slate minerality grounds the palate.
