Tasting from 21.11.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Slightly cloudy aroma with ripe apple, pear, yellow plum, orange peel, grapefruit and yellow flowers. Quite powerfully built and muscular, not lacking in residual sweetness and alcohol. Carrying acidity, fine texture, also accompanies stronger dishes.
