Tasting from 03.09.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Quite an intense bouquet with notes of apricot confit, citrus fruit and nutty hints. Also a good portion of honey blossom. Surprisingly dry on the palate, lots of creaminess, some caramel, full-bodied and powerful.
