Tasting Notes
Seven robust grape varieties stand together in the field on the island of Usedom, and the provenance alone attracts the curious. But the contents of the bottle are also impressive. Many Sauvignon Blanc-typical notes such as cassis and gooseberry characterise the wine on the nose and palate, as well as some black radish. Light in alcohol, really dry, yeasty phenolics - an exciting, authentic product.
