A light, slightly cloudy golden yellow in colour. Apple compote, ripe yellow-fleshed peach, some nutmeg. The palate structure shows a comparatively discreet mousse, a pinch of tart phenolics, a well-integrated acidity and a finish of good length that blends yeasty flavours into the savouriness.
