The white wine »vom Kalk« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Werther-Windisch has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The nose offers green, herbal and fresh lemon notes. The freshness remains on the palate, but expands more into the flat. The finish is really interesting with hints of rye bread. Don't swallow it too cold, there's more to come!
