Tasting from 21.11.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Very ripe fruit on the nose, sweet orange, tropical fruit, but also dried fruit, some raisins, all against a spicy background. Rich and dense on the palate, papaya, mango, peach, acidity and sweetness in good balance, grippy, good length, classic style.
