Tasting Notes

88+
Tasting from 21.11.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Clearly more grown-up but equally fruity aromas on the nose than Pinot Blanc, ripe pear, quince, some orange. Smooth on the palate, orange peel, apricot, a little savouriness, buffered with fruit sweetness, but without an explicitly tart character.
