Tasting Notes

88+
Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Aroma of hazelnut and fresh pear, ripe red apple, garden herbs. On the palate a well-integrated, rather mild acidity, grippy, fine texture, apple skin and nut, a noticeable but well-integrated fruity ripeness, very accessible, for immediate enjoyment.
