Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Blackberry, elderberry and blackcurrant on the nose, very clear fruit. Finely extracted in the mouth, there's lots of juice on the palate with a light sweetness. It's full-bodied with a mineral backbone, with the powerful alcohol countered by extract. A fruit-driven Pinot Noir with great density and equally great ageing potential.
