Tasting Notes
Medium carmine-garnet colour, delicately undercoated, watery rim. Delicate savouriness notes on the nose, orange zest, fine nougat flavour, a hint of caramel and cherry confit. Red berries, full of finesse, sweet extract on the finish, balanced, delicate and mineral in the aftertaste, good development and certain ageing potential.
