Medium cherry red with purple reflections, broad and bright rim. Still somewhat restrained with savoury wood spice, nuances of red berry fruit and delicately floral, cool aromatics. The palate is elegant and fruity with ripe tannins and good adhesion. Compared to the warm vintage this is finely structured, balanced and promising, will improve in the years to come.
