Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Fragrantly fine dark fruits of the forest jam, savoury herbal tones, a little nougat, delicate cassis, a hint of orange zest. Complex, elegant, fresh structure, expressive fruit, minerality, vivid tannins followed by cherries on the finish, good persistence. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
