Subtle wood, slightly toasty, also buttery, floral aromas in the background, some candied fruit. Smoothly textured on the palate, very round, accompanied by lively (but well-integrated) acidity. Strong alcohol and yet a fine style that focuses entirely on rounding off without sweetness.
