The white wine Niedermennig Herrenberg Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Willems-Willems has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Intense slate minerality on the nose, as well as fresh lemon zest and ripe mango. Slightly bitter on the palate with a brilliant acidity and wonderful balance. The overall impression is a grown-up, quite idiosyncratic wine, with a complex minerality.
