Lime and slate, plus a balsamic mineral spiciness at the very beginning of its development. On the palate, full-bodied, pithy defensive acidity behind penetrating acidic tension. Intensely tactile minerality. It has plenty of extract, but remains typical of a Kabinett. Excellent!
