More about the tastingRestrained citrus aromas on the nose: grapefruit, kumquat and lemon zest. There are also floral notes and yellow stone fruit. Juicy acidity on the palate, has drive and reveals a lot of citrus on the palate. A fine spiciness and mineral and smoky, savoury notes on the long finish.
