Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Rich yellow in colour. Notes of ripe stone fruit on the nose, plus lemon zest, tangerine and crisp Mirabelle plum. Powerful attack on the palate with ripe acidity and fine savouriness. Powerful, excellent drinking. Finishes long on fine savoury notes. Extremely animating.
