Tasting from 11.11.2022: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Rather ripe cherry fruit, black cherry, plum, complemented by a distinctive barrel savouriness, caramel, mocha and chocolate. Stately body on the palate with beautiful freshness thanks to the precise acidity. Very ripe, fine tannins, long finish with savoury and herbal nuances.
