Cherry and blueberry on the nose, with some smoky aromas and some violets. There's a ripe and vivid acidity on the palate, which is characterised by the wood maturation which gives powerful structure. The tannins are present and have plenty of grainy grip, making for a still lightly furry Pinot Noir with certain ageing potential. Can be matured.
