Tasting Notes
There are aromas of pear, apple, and citrus fruit on the nose, as well as floral and spicy notes. It is juicy and mellow on the palate, the acidity is soft and supple, and lovely phenolics with spiciness come to the fore, where apple and apricot flavours are evident. It is a balanced Pinot Blanc with a nice profile.
