Aroma characterised by ageing in wooden barrels, vanilla, subtle smoke, apple peel and pear, some hazelnut, delicate. On the palate, with a powerful, juicy attack, lively acidity, grippy phenolics, lots of substance, yet elegant, apples, nut, good length, good ageing potential.
