Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 01.10.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Salty popcorn on the nose, dried apple slices, juicy ripe pear, peach and tropical fruit. Nut butter. Beautiful smooth texture on the palate, well-integrated acidity, beautiful phenolics. Clearly mineral, salted lemon on the palate, light mango and peach on the finish. Long finish.
