It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Franconia in Germany.
A wonderfully smoky nose wafts out of the glass! There are also herbal notes and chamomile, with the scent of freshly broken elder branches. Clear hay notes on the palate, plump and dense, paired with enormous juiciness. Fine, delicate aftertaste of cassis.
