Grapefruit, lime zest, meadow herbs, star anise, orange blossom on the nose. Juicy, fresh, dense on the palate, well-integrated acidity, fine fruit sweetness, fine bitter notes, mineral savouriness, salty, stimulating to drink. An excellent accompaniment to food.
